running for the board

Now their seems to be many a smart and educated load of folks here on the Linc forum.

What I need is some advice in relation to retiring board members who are up every year for re election at the AGM

Does anyone of you blokes have an idea how one would go about taking the retiring board member on in an election at the AGM

Its about time we got someone on that board that will take the shareholders voice along to all meetings and also respect the mum and dad shareholders

Hope someone has some advice-have sent out a few emails to others to find out as well
