dont think so, the share registry rang me up to talk about participating in the offering. I have a reasonable stake already but I wouldn't go so far as to say I was a sophisticated share trader. If I had participated I would have sold existing shares to pay as well. But I think that would only be a small proportion of share holders. Most would be able to self fund.
