well 70percent and if let say they have increased then maybe this is setting up for more than 3 cents,,problem now for me is do l or dont l lol,knowing my luck l will go in and then there will be a notice of ceasing to be substantial holder notice,,better buy a little parcel of 300,000 just in case the news is good as this can seriously be pumped with top 20holding that much,,now l better reseaerch who this lucky top 20 is and make a decision and stop hassling you guys cheers
