OCC & ZMI are the ones i know of that PPP had recommendations on that have fell back.

I'm sure there is plenty of others.

The sentiment around PPP from HC posters is that they are P & D.. whether is true or not, one only needs to look at the success rate of these recommendations over the years.

One also needs to take into consideration that around where we are in sp atm, is around the 100mill mc.

This is the point where institutional investors on the issue of a mining license will enter, and Avq will run hard.

The license has to come sooner or later.
