The words I have heard used is shambolic, and that was before the place even opened.
I have known staff that have gone there, and others that didn't because of the writing on the wall. The goss is that the place is understaffed, and opened without sufficent supplies and adequet staff intraining.
I have watched this project closely for some time, I was twice offered a position there. 18 months ago it was suggested it was being setup to fail. A government funded bail out. It was reported that the amount of patients was far greater than expected. D'Oh.
The funds circling for a takeover may just take a step back for a bit.
