This is my view. It seems CXO management knows very well that it is running low on cash. There is strong possibility of significant capital raising in Jan/Feb 2016.
More so, CXO management expected a lot from Yerelina drilling and Jervois drilling but got very little.
so, get ready for another capital raising in near future.
