Stork is only taking up 10,000,000 shares so $500K

Stork Holdings is a trust so Michael Stork in how own right doesn't hold control.

Didn't know Stork stated this but if so then there's 10% ($1.5mill) already that will not be taken up (subject to over-subscriptions which there won't be at this price). Of course Stork has control of his own trust, it's a trust for taxation reasons. I have a trust too and I have total control. Annual report says Stork, as a director, owns 85,731,764 shares. Top 20 says Stork Holdings holds 85,731,764 shares. Will leave it to you to join the dots.

The positive I guess is that he is forking out $500K even with the share price at it's current price, assuming he does participate. How do you know this by the way? Was it announced or did he advise you of this in person?
