    It's funny when the sp was higher,no one was asking whether they needed all this cash,now all of sudden we are.They clearly state what the funds will be used for,it's there in black and white.I understand your point MAK,but obviously the company thought the sp would remain higher.It's always easy to assess it after it's done.
