Top 20 hold 57% of the company. Makes no differenc what you and I do if they don;t participate. Will be interesting to see if director Stork (with 85mill shares) forks out his $2mill to participate in the placement. I think we know the answer to that. Or maybe director John Read will fork out $125K. You might end up being the only messiah.
