I think holders have to focus on the safety profile of PAT-SM6 and realise the potential of a "companion" drug that increases the efficacy of other approved drugs.
That is huge in terms of value. If Onyx can prove increased efficacy, every approved drug targeting solid tumors where PAT-SM6 is known to "stick" will have an interest in this antibody and the greater IP estate of Patrys.
