I can't comment on that until I go through the QLD package.
I do know Exploration Insights (Brent Cook) were really into the QLD package they assembled but more to be run as a prospect generator business model, letting others fund the work.
Russell may have been slightly ahead of his time with the QLD vision, same situation with GOR.
Anyway will look through over coming month (s).
