Could any HC poster let me know what was the record date?-I saw...

Could any HC poster let me know what was the record date?-I saw the rights document and it was 250+ pages. Once these shares are offered could I get an opinion from any posters on what they expect the SP to do?
If you got the shares at 50c why wouldn't you sell and get your 100% now and then with the drop in SP due to dilution wouldn't you pick them up again at 85-90c?And make more money?
