    August isn't that far away now, isn't it more the size of the dividend that is unclear? In my opinion ACR is good value under $3 and something like a 30% discount to recent highs. Also interested to hear from the chartists. I'm guessing an all enveloping black candle close to the bottom of the trading range is pretty much the opposite of what DS is looking for...
