Hmmmm - Spiney.. not so sure. Yes 7 months has past however that 7 months has structured the deal Dave would be happy with. So maybe another month or so to lick it in with another bidder if they are willing. On the flip side a CR at sub 1 cent with creating a massive dilution to raise what is needed.
