I meant to add that this optical cooling is caused by Photoluminescence at a particular frequency.

I don't mean to harp on this point either, but you can't tell me that Silex has spent many millions of dollars on both the SOP and Solar Systems without having something up their sleeve, I believe they have already proved on the bench what I am saying in my last post to a point, and this partnership with the UNSW and Suntech could be likened to the GLE test loop phase where they are proving it works large scale, and can be easily manufactured.
