I am interested in this and am coming to the discussion late - silex solar is what drew me to the stock. Re the American scientists concerns - how does this impact on silex's profitability? is it likely that the licence will not be granted and therefore, the company will miss out on its milestone payments and royalties? or will there just be restrictions placed on how the technology can be used? I apologise if these are basic questions - I am trying to get up the curve.
