SITM I think most of us on HC believe that the licence from NRC is just a formality.
I have not based this on any hard fact's, but by the way GE Hitachi, Cameco and Silex have approached the laser enrichment project.
There are lots of post on this forum to back this up.
One thing for certain, if Silex get these project's (Solar and Laser Enrichment) up and running you won't be able to get in for $5.
There are also some very compelling posts about why Silex is so cheap ATM.
