i am trying to run the numbers on MAK
72 million tonnes of phosphate
$200 a tonne
$1.44 billion resource
is this correct???? or is there more to come.
Does the pre-feasability study factor in there cash costs per tonne?? is that what we are waiting for....
Current market cap is $86 million. and they are looking to produce 3 million tonnes a year.
So $60 million worth of revenue from the phosphate. Low start up costs. as infrastructure already in play.
$60 million worth of revenue doesn;t seem like a lot. but if the costs are relatively low... then it could be a very viable project.
What would people expect the production costs to be??
if they are selling it for $200 a tonne. what would the margins be, and what EPS effect would this have...
if they are making $50 a tonne that is $15 million profit from the project.
How can we predict what the stock is going to be valued at in 2010 when production starts.
I have heard $8 as a price target... but how can this be justified running the numbers.
