This has underperformed the rally. Would have been better off elsewhere. However that's probably more reason for it to likely outperform from here. There have been a few stocks overlooked recently and this is one of them. Oil is absorbing time before it runs back to over 100, and when that happens the spotlight will be on STO, WPL, ORG. imo.
