Love the rhyme. Although I am a Master Mariner I have never heard that one. Traded for many years between Brunei and Japan and know that typhoons can most definitely start earlier than May with a few big ones to kick off the season. This year I believe they are predicting average numbers with lesser strength. I have been on drilling rigs working right throughout typhoon season so I don't know that this would stop them going ahead once they have the rig but maybe someone knows more than me. IMO the sp movement has more to do with the annual report due and the ng prices, as other JV partners sp's are not going the performing as well. Good luck.
