1) look at the cash spend for last quarter and look at the current cash reserves. they will need to find $1 or $2m from somewhere, hopefully they can get a overdraft from bank.
2) needs to break 13.
3) then hopefully by jan, the options will be in the money and no cap raising will be needed...

4) cant really compare azr and gbg. the azr will project will get off the ground because its next to water. gbg land is miles from anywhere and rail/ports need to be upgraded for their stuff to be exported.
