"does anyone know what happened with the 4th patient in the 4th cohort?"

It's a good question - I was wondering if their had been a death ? You have to remember the patients PAT-SM6 has been treating are very sick they are all senior citizens (or very close too) they have failed all available treatment options this has pretty much provided a last line of hope for many. FWIW there where 7% (37/526) deaths with Carfilzomib when it was granted accelerated approval by the FDA and that was also treating the last line of patients after failing other options.

I would still have thought a death had it happened would of been updated in the data - but considering the high likelihood that it could of occurred from other factors and completely unrelated to PAT then it may have simply been excluded as the data then became unavailable ?
