The ASX announcement on 29/11/2013 stated: 'To date eleven out of a total of twelve patients are currently available for reponse evaluation, including two out of three from the 4th and final treatment group. The 12th patient is not yet evaluable.'
My take is that 'not yet evaluable' may mean that the third patient from the 4th group may have been treated later than the others and may not have finished the trial at the time of the announcement.
