Materials Recovery Facility in Wangara, Perth

The Company's contract with various Councils in Perth continues to run profitably and in line with internal
expectations. We have now been advised by the City of Wanneroo that the contract will expire on 31 May
2007, at which time the facility will be extensively upgraded by the City of Wanneroo. Once the upgrade is
complete, AWG will make a decision as to whether to re-tender for the contract.

I dare say tox will also be tendering for the business???
