Yes ST, that may be the case. IMHO the margins in resource recovery/recycling are improving but have been somewhat less than Tox's levels.

Austral are more into resource recovery but this contract has been limiting because of the council ownership [ lacks growth opportunities ] AWG stated they wanted to change the dynamics of the contract if they were to re-bid. Otherwise they may replicate the business themselves at other locations where there can be on-going growth. I wonder how long the refurbishment or update will take ? Cheers
