Interesting you mention a possible capital raising. I made the same observation when the 8 for 1 consolidation was originally announced.

With the strong SP during recent times, it is a perfect opportunity to do a capital raising for another acquisition.

I also hope that if they do a capital raising that it is offered to ALL shareholders and not just institutional ones.
