Re Institutional Placement and Price Manipulation to justify Level-

As a Long Term Holder,mike.rat[and others] would you take part in Fund Raising by general Shareholders getting Options/Rights etc or would you prefer Institutions getting Placed by a "Free"* ride onto the TOX register?

*free because it's always at a Discount to the current price and also gives some indication to some of the FAluting Value put on TOX as an enterprise by those "creeps" at Institutions who after all aren't in this Game using their own money.
