Jaded, personally I have always criticised institutional placements. There are always at a discount and always leave the "little battler" out in the cold.

However having said that, in the case of TOX I can see where management would think it a desirable outcome. The main reason being that it gets institutions onto the share register. That plus the increase in issued capital would (hopefully) bring it to the notice of other institutions.

Still no announcements so it's starting to look as if my theory is way off base.
