and the massive dilution in their offer 125 mill shares and 100 mill options makes the price seem more than fair
if they AXI accept the offer, together with Saramac
there would be over 690 mill shares, which includes the oppies of 150 mill jointly

far too much dilution and corresponding value to the share price
I mean it was only trading at an average of .02 before the offers,
the offers really dilute any future value
and even if it achieves profits in the highest level in the recent report, ................

I liked the company before, but think management have real problems, regardless if MBL and others are on the board
