re: re:ann in record land sales new high Happy to see all that ! but 50c is more more more than extremely optimistic .. you pretty much only have to look at shares on issue and all of those involved in residential property ..long leed times in this game . Worthy of the headline of a "speccy " ..but thats it ..if you are that certain about it ..you really wont be too concerned what I say ..you will just be buying buying buying .The volumes dont indicate that much movement ... Personally I consider It specualtive .. worth a crack , but certainly needs time ..no rush here .
