In Rupert's defense, I think it's fair to point out that 50% of the U.S. S&P500 companies are incorporated in Delaware.
As for the share price, it's hard to clearly value media companies in the U.S., as they tend to be part of other companies (such as G.E. owning NBC and AOL/Time Warner) so I don't see the line clearly drawn for the sector.
Ask yourself if you think Ruperts doing it so that his share price will drop? Having access to easier capital and a massive index should help him.
I believe he'll get the 75% of votes required, even though he's slapped on the QPL deal.
I'm actually more worried about a decline in the $USD, which is expected over the next year. NCP shareholders will directly impacted by this decline.
