They are building a little more than a coal port, just 60 billion worth of gas plants in Gladstone, the coal terminal is being doubled 6 billion, shale oil plant getting built, on top of that the existing plants being upgraded cyanide/Alumina/smelter. Rents are soaring so makes for great investment, even before the work force arrives, so what happens when they do?
