Mining is a way of life, and where Coalworks wants to put it, it isnt exactly prime farming land.
I know the land owners there are just waiting for the offers because they know are farming land the return per acre is pretty bloody average.
I would be jumping on any Oaklands house for sale at the moment, and I know some who are keen to sell there too due to other committments but are trying to hold out because 300 full time jobs to such a small town will be a boom. The 300 jobs is more than the towns population.
