    To quote Mark Twain: "Buy land, they're not making it anymore."

    Anyone see a secular bull trend? 1AG is an affordable play, for retail to buy, instos (yeah, I'm talking to you SNC) to be in, and at this cap, to t/o by, hmmmm, RFF. That last bit is a BIG speculation on my part, but it fits.
