As I posted on the 16th, it is wasn't my story to tell but I will tell you it had nothing to do with his heart ... he had recovered well from the bypass surgery and was exercising and training regularly and often posting his step counts on another forum here on HC as he surpassed each previous personal best ....

He did send me a photo of him and his grandson in hospital in the week leading up to the 20th .... he hadn't seen him in 2 years due to COVID-19 so he was at least very happy about that.... his funeral is tomorrow .... RIP Al
