Yes Supermapes I am , of course , talking about the post by Sally_Will , as that is what we were all talking about . I take your point about it not coming direct from the company but I do believe it is not Sally's version but rather a transcript of the broker notes -so second hand . What I would say though , is that the broker would not have invented the company making a distinction between their process and competitor's processes . He may have got the terms they used to describe the processes incorrect but they are quite specific and not often used terms and so I do believe they are an accurate account of what the company stated .
If you choose to discard Sally's post then that is your choice but I think it is worth noting .
