That is a top class post Dragan.
IMO, the JV ann will be a game changer and I am comfortable with the approach management are taking. No point rushing into the first deal that comes along and slapping together a heads of agreement in 2 days. I am sure the management team are negotiating the specifics of every term to ensure interests of the investors are maximised.
