Thanks Steve for your reply I'm glad my gibberish is able to provide some entertainment for you. I think the figure you're looking for is 10414oz which I agree is more than 5000oz a month. However, the point I was trying to make is that they are mining the highest grade zones they have and I don't think that will be sustainable for more than a couple of months. Management have stated they are extracting maximum value from the asset before moving to care and maintenance, hence the increased production. But imo this rate will not continue.
Thanks Torqueconverter for sharing the reply you received. I hope they find some more zones with super high grades. There's lots of areas to explore and it would be good to use existing infrastructure. I don't know a lot about the geology of the area but I believe the gold is very 'lumpy' and can be a bit of a hit and miss affair. Anyway good luck to all of us.
