    61000000 MMbtu x $2.4 = $146.4m.

    61.2% interest of GDN = $90.9m

    Taking off 50% risk (P50 being having better than 50% chance) and further 30% discount on SP,
    could GDN be valued at 3.2cps or MC of $32m? ($90.9x50%x70%=$31.8m)
