Not very shareholder friendly from Kogan. Who needs a dividend when you can just award yourself millions extra in pay?
So this bloke is now on comparable pay to ASX20 CEOs who run companies that make hundreds of millions a year? And Kogan is a struggling post boom e-commerce company making losses?
Imagine the world class retailers Kogan could hire for 15m a year, basically top talent in any market?
For a complete opposite in culture I recommend a look at ARB's CEO and director remuneration.
