Using a veto to block a UN tribunal that would set the frame work to allow prosecution of those responsibly is hardly the act of a government that's repeatedly attempted to claim that Ukraine shot down MH-17 and is responsible.

Actions speak louder than words.

I'd like to see a UN motion that removes this Stalinist scum from the UN Security Council. They don't belong there, and all they ever do is support other brutal dictatorships around the world.
