    According to news reports, the Russians have just bombed a nuclear power plant in Ukraine.

    It is time for Western Countries to tell Putin that if he does not withdraw his troops from Ukraine in the next 5 days then Western countries will expropriate all assets owned by Russian companies and Russian people without further notice.

    Hopefully this in turn places pressure on oligarchs to take matters into their own hands!
