OK I made the last bit up.
I went into detail about ramifications of Crimea on Newcrest forum and it all get removed, because apparently, threat of war has nothing to do with Gold, so you must be mistaken, it has nothing to do with energy prices either. Hmmmm. Scary stuff, I hope they kiss and make up soon.
