"Climate change induced droughts means the water level in the Rhine drops too low for barges to transport coal to power stations".Carbon dioxide does not cause catestrophic climate change. There is no evidence that changes in the Rhine are caused by "global warming". Have the rivers been dredged lately?.
Its almost comical listening to the excuses being made.
