The US didn't run from Japan in WWII, or North Vietnam when the North invaded South Vietnam, or from North Korea when the North invaded South Korea, or from Afghanistan when fighting, or from Iraq (which was one of the most successful military campaigns in history, what followed was the muslims fighting each other, then the US Surge worked, and now with the US gone the muslims are fighting each other again ...
