I don't know much about chemical weapons but wearing gloves would at least seem a good idea. All you can do is listen to their points and try make up your own mind.

Maybe the ABC could do a show to educate us all on what the effects are and what to do in case of a chemical attack seeing how we are all in mortal danger.
