Yes. It's too long. I think Xinjia case changed the rule, they have to think if they release the RADI to the company, can the company handle it and keep it running long time. They don't want to big four take it or returned license again, that will make these RADI idea looks like a joke. NOV for them is a small company, smaller than Xinjia and they don't have full confidence during this special time.
