Seems Russia's slowly moving towards a possible meeting with OPEC (read SA) regarding the possible cut in production, only a small move but anything to get us out of this mess

Also seems now profitable for contango of oil, this is were the future price of oil is more expensive than today's, this so far has not been the case as near future oil has always been cheaper another sign the market may be turning
