If I heard that right they are only being "accepted" to the extent that they have money to be able to lease the land. If each family is bringing $100,000 of funds then that's quite a specific type of refugee. So in other words if they don't have funds then they are not capable and worthy of farming or of replacing Russians on the farmland. What does that tell you about the government of South Africa, that it lets "refugees" remove such funds from the country? What happens if the farms are suddenly seized or if the funds were to suddenly disappear? I mean I can't imagine what the South African farms would be selling for, any ideas, when such funds are crucial to proving the owners worthiness and all.
