Russia was ruled by the same set of psychopaths who are now wreaking havoc on the west. She is now inoculated and is taking the farmers because she is the last bastion of Christian, white civilisation, and Putin knows that demographics are destiny.
Actually, all political elites know that, but they have drawn up wildly different plans in the face of that truth.

So if a farmer earns an increasing land value during the good times does that mean he earns the price fall in the bad time?
